Our Refund Policy

DreamHoliday4U understands that travel plans can change unexpectedly and we are here to help you. Travel is a dynamic process and unforeseen events can happen at any time. We try to accommodate our customers with any modifications to their travel plans in the best way possible for both parties.

The refund or cancellation policies and guidelines depend on the regulations of the airlines involved. Some of the bookings are non-refundable. Customers are advised to read the cancellation policies carefully. Our customers are also advised to check the cancellation policies of the airlines related to their bookings.

Flight tickets should be cancelled at least 24 hours before the departure time. For some airlines, this can be reduced to 7 hours before the scheduled departure time. Airlines have full authority and control over the refund features and credits. DreamHoliday4U is not liable for any such issue.

The airlines may also charge cancellation fees along with a service fee that applies to all types of tickets. Any eligible refunds will only be made through the same mode of payment that was used for booking.

If bookings were made through an agent or travel company, the eligible refund amount will be refunded to the travel agency or agent, and customers will have to contact them to claim the refund.

Cancellation Fees

Airlines may charge cancellation fees and service charges that apply to all ticket types. These fees are set by the airline, not DreamHoliday4U.

Refund processing times vary by airline and payment method. We process eligible refunds promptly once approved by the airline or service provider.
